The Real Estate Supervisor supports business expansion through property sourcing, lease negotiations, landlord coordination, and project handover.
Properties include dark stores, warehouses, and offices.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure strategic properties; inspect sites and conduct feasibility studies and due diligence.
- Negotiate leases and manage LOIs, MOUs, lease agreements, and other real estate transaction documents.
- Build relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate partners; coordinate with operations, legal, finance, and project management teams.
- Track real estate trends, prices, and zoning; monitor renewals, expirations, and rent reviews.
- Support expansion plans and market-entry proposals; maintain records of real estate assets, contracts, and related documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in real estate acquisition, leasing, or expansion roles.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills; experience with landlords, property consultants, and legal teams.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, zoning, and regulatory frameworks.
- Stakeholder and vendor management, Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency, and organizational and project management abilities.
