Role overview
The Key Account Manager owns relationships and performance for leading marketplace sellers and helps them grow on the platform.
What you'll do
- Manage seller relationships and performance across an assigned portfolio; train sellers to expand selection, categories, and sales.
- Achieve targets for selection, pricing, seller and brand acquisition, and seller performance.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions, plan promotions, and resolve seller issues with internal and external teams.
- Track category dynamics, seasonality, launches, and market trends; benchmark online and offline competitors and address supply gaps at competitive prices.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent stakeholder management, people, and communication skills, including constructive feedback.
- Problem-solving ability to improve support quality; ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and presentation skills.
