Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, sourcing, and asset forecasting.
- Track inventory across warehouses and stores; implement controls and audits; reduce losses, discrepancies, and idle stock.
- Oversee asset handling, storage, allocation, issuance, returns, and replacements at warehouses and stores.
- Distribute assets from central warehouses to stores and delivery associates and optimize logistics.
- Monitor utilization, maintenance, and end-of-life; drive repairs, refurbishment, and replacement.
- Maintain asset history and movement records; develop scalable tracking systems and improve processes.
- Use data to guide decisions and optimize inventory levels.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Proven experience managing warehouse inventory and store-level assets.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement and distribution.
- First-mile and last-mile logistics experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; inventory management system experience is preferred.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset, analytical and problem-solving ability, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Success includes accurate inventory with minimal discrepancies, efficient asset utilization, timely procurement, and no operational disruptions from asset shortages.
The role aims to streamline processes and measurably improve turnaround time.
