The Team Leader, Logistics role manages assigned fleet operations across a cluster of three to five dark stores.
What you'll do
- Manage the assigned fleet across three to five dark stores and consistently meet target KPIs.
- Supervise Fleet Managers and oversee daily operations for smooth and efficient fleet activity.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
- Support manpower allocation across cluster stores.
- Mentor and guide the team, foster high performance, and address operational challenges.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with stakeholders to maintain operational alignment.
What you'll need
- At least two years of logistics experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills and a hands-on approach.
- Comfort working in ambiguous situations and adapting to change.
- Understanding of logistics metrics and ability to manage stakeholders.
- Flexibility to accommodate operational schedule needs.
