Leasing Team Lead \| Dubai
We're partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven real estate business that is reshaping the residential rental experience across the UAE.
As part of its continued growth, the company is looking to appoint a Leasing Team Lead to oversee leasing operations, drive commercial performance, and lead a high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leasing professional who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams, and making a tangible impact within a scaling business.
Key responsibilities
- include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of leasing professionals
- Monitoring leasing performance, occupancy rates and commercial KPIs
- Driving revenue growth through effective leasing strategies
- Managing the full leasing lifecycle across a diverse property portfolio
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes
About You
- 5+ years' experience within leasing, real estate or property management
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field preferred
