Enterprise Sales Manager \| Dubai

A leading technology solutions provider in the UAE is looking to hire an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth across strategic accounts in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

This is a high-impact client-facing role suited to someone with a strong background in enterprise IT sales, solution selling, and account development within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts while strengthening relationships with key business stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Drive new revenue generation by uncovering opportunities across enterprise technology solutions including cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, and professional services
  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end commercial process, from initial engagement and pipeline development through to negotiation and contract signature
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales teams, technology partners, and external vendors to design and position customer-focused solutions
  • Create and execute territory and account plans aimed at increasing market share and expanding existing client engagement
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals, solution presentations, and value-driven business recommendations
  • Consistently contribute towards sales performance objectives, profitability targets, and overall business growth initiatives

Requirements

  • **8+ years of experience**
  • in enterprise technology sales within the UAE
  • Strong understanding of the local market and enterprise customer landscape
  • Proven track record selling complex IT solutions and achieving revenue targets
  • **Experience selling complex IT solutions including software (automation, AI, data, security) and infrastructure (servers, storage, cloud).**
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders and business decision-makers
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • **Experience working with global technology vendors, system integrators, or enterprise IT solution providers**
  • You must have good knowledge of IBM’s portfolio (IBM Software, Cloud, Red Hat, Power Systems, Storage, and Security)
