Our client is a fast-growing proptech and fintech business transforming how people buy, finance, and manage property across the region.
Through innovative technology and customer-centric design, they are creating seamless digital experiences that simplify complex financial and real estate journeys.
We are looking for a talented Lead Product Designer to take ownership of the user experience across a suite of digital products and customer journeys.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on designer who enjoys solving complex problems, improving customer experiences, and working closely with Product and Engineering teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys across web and mobile platforms.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, usability, and conversion across key product journeys.
- Conduct user research and leverage customer feedback to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Champion best practices in UX, UI, accessibility, and user-centred design.
- Mentor junior designers where appropriate and help elevate design standards across the business.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-facing digital products and customer journeys.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and conversion-focused experiences.
- Ability to balance customer needs with commercial objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Nice to Have
- Experience within fintech, payments, banking, proptech, marketplaces, or other digital-first businesses.
- Exposure to onboarding, payments, lending, financing, or transaction-based customer journeys.
- Experience contributing to design systems and design governance.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
