Lead staff and oversee operations at Boo Boo Laand while maintaining safety, customer service, and operational standards.
The role requires fluency in Arabic.
Staff supervision and reporting
- Create daily run-sheets and staff assignments; conduct briefings and grooming checks and ensure break compliance.
- Monitor staff engagement and performance, provide on-the-job coaching, and escalate issues to the duty manager.
- Ensure opening, closing, cleaning, safety, and attraction checklists are completed accurately.
- Submit checklist summaries and report team performance, incidents, and guest concerns to managers each day.
Guest experience and sales
- Engage guests and oversee attraction flow, queue management, and problem-solving; respond to non-escalated concerns.
- Ensure birthday rooms, party setups, and event spaces are prepared and reset correctly.
- Encourage the team to meet monthly sales targets and KPIs and provide support and tools.
Operational support
- Cover limited duty-manager responsibilities when assigned.
- Support reception cash operations, including safe cash transactions and cash exchange.
- Lead small operational projects, such as events, queue flow, and merchandise displays.
Requirement
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–7,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
