Key accountabilities
- Achieve individual targets for sales, invoicing, extended warranties, accessories, and overall productivity.
- Recommend effective solutions to meet customer needs and answer inquiries.
- Maintain product knowledge for the assigned department.
- Own the My Area My Responsibility initiative and ensure operational excellence in the designated area.
- Maintain displays, planograms, and promotional signage to company standards.
- Conduct perpetual inventory counts and support inventory accuracy.
- Keep the assigned department clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor brand promoters.
- Coach and support promoters to improve customer engagement and sales results.
- Ensure promoters follow company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards.
Qualitative requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Graduation, a diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong sales and customer service skills and good knowledge of consumer electronics.
- Leadership, supervision, coaching, and team-management abilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and retail operations.
- Target-driven with strong organization and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Customer-focused and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure.
