Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Handle recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions within the catering industry.
• Conduct CV screening, telephone interviews, initial assessments, and coordinate management interviews.
• Handle bulk and urgent recruitment requirements within agreed timelines.
• Maintain an active database and pipeline of suitable candidates for future requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations and Management to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms within approved budgets.
• Coordinate offer letters, documentation, visa processing, and joining formalities with the HR/PRO team.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on vacancy status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and recruitment agencies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience, preferably within the catering, hospitality, food service, or facilities management industry.
• Mandatory experience in recruiting for catering operations.
• Proven experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment market and candidate sourcing channels.
• Experience in mass recruitment / bulk hiring is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukrigulf, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
• Excellent interviewing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE employment and recruitment practices.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Industry Experience

• Candidates with recruitment experience in central kitchens, contract catering, healthcare catering, school catering, institutional catering, or large-scale food service operations will be highly preferred.

Compensation

• Pay: From AED1.00 per month.
