Scope and responsibilities
- Own the regional recruitment life cycle from start to finish, with limited support from the manager.
- Develop and use full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire employees for open positions and workforce needs.
- Source technically demanding skill sets through headhunting, social media, referrals, professional networking, and search and selection methods.
- Work with HR and business teams to take role briefs and communicate with managers from varied cultures and backgrounds.
- Ask probing questions and challenge management decisions where needed to uphold the recruitment process.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks.
Skills and qualifications
- Proven work experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition.
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of recruiting strategies, policies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with selection processes such as phone interviews and reference checks.
- Ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews.
- Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Bilingual English/Arabic is preferred.
