Fieldwork management and quality
- Manage interviewer and mystery shopper availability, performance, deployment, and recruitment as needed.
- Conduct pilot interviews and report findings, observations, and required adjustments to project or operations managers.
- Train field teams on objectives, methodology, questionnaires, and fieldwork requirements.
- Review project documents for accuracy and alignment with approved questionnaires, scripts, and requirements.
- Monitor fieldwork issues and report obstacles promptly to field or operations managers.
- Monitor fieldworker quality, productivity, methodology adherence, and compliance; conduct field checks and provide guidance.
- Support quality control and validation by reviewing completed interviews or visits and identifying deviations.
- Report project progress, fieldwork status, targets, challenges, and outstanding requirements.
- Conduct interviews or field visits as needed; maintain quota sheets and allocation plans and follow up on implementation.
- Ensure fieldwork meets approved methodology, timelines, quotas, and quality standards, supporting delivery within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or statistics.
- At least 2 to 4 years of previous experience working in a market research agency.
- Arabic is mandatory; fluency in English is required.
- Proven experience in market research, data quality control, or a related role.
- Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent knowledge of research methodologies and data collection techniques.
- Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and manipulation techniques.
