Senior Research Executive

Role Overview

Research Delivery

• Design research tools for quantitative and qualitative studies.
• Prepare project and interviewer or moderator briefs, timing plans, screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides, sampling plans, analysis plans, tab specifications, and report templates.
• Moderate studies within the qualitative team.
• Conduct desk research to strengthen reports and presentations and help clients understand UAE and MENA markets.
• Assist with research design across the full project.
• Analyze data, write reports, and present study results to clients.
• Ensure information from multiple sources is integrated when applicable.

Quality, Projects and Clients

• Apply research basics and disciplines, including logic checks, checklists, task instructions, document standards, and policies and procedures.
• Manage overall quality control and quality-control documentation.
• Ensure projects run to deadlines and budgets with the Project Manager.
• Monitor project progress and budgets.
• Build client relationships through knowledge of client businesses and environments.
• Provide client advice and consultations and handle client requests and queries professionally.
• Assist senior members on ad hoc projects and contribute to business-unit success.

Accountabilities and Interfaces

• Execute projects, conduct analysis, and write reports.
• Deliver projects by the required deadlines.
• Uphold client confidentiality.
• Work with project teams, external clients, and suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• At least 3 to 5 years of previous experience as a Quantitative Researcher.

Training and Skills

• Use Microsoft applications and computer tools.
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
• Have a strong analytical mindset.
• Be fluent in English and Arabic for reading and writing.
• Demonstrate business development capability.
