The Senior Research Executive oversees research delivery and supports clients with market information, analysis, and actionable insights.
Research and project duties
- Oversee research projects with the Senior Research team and assist with research design.
- Design tools for quantitative and qualitative studies, including briefs, screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides, sampling, analysis plans, and report templates.
- Coordinate moderation, desk research, data processing, analysis, insight development, and presentations.
- Apply research disciplines such as logic checks, checklists, task instructions, document standards, and policies and procedures.
- Own quality control documentation, coordinate deadlines and budgets with the Project Manager, and monitor project progress.
- Integrate information from multiple sources and conduct desk research to improve reports and explain UAE and MENA markets.
- Write reports, analyze data, present findings, advise clients, and handle client requests professionally.
- Build client relationships, contribute to business-unit success, and assist senior colleagues on ad hoc projects.
- Ensure delivery to deadlines and the project framework while maintaining client confidentiality.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- At least 3–5 years of experience working as a quantitative researcher.
- MS applications training or experience and communication skills.
- Presentation skills, strong analytical ability, and computer skills.
- Fluent English and Arabic, including reading and writing.
Role interfaces and authority
The role works with the project team, external clients, and suppliers.
The role has authority over project execution, analysis, and report writing.
