Role responsibilities
- Participate in private-sector-focused business development, prospecting, and preparation of sales materials and proposals.
- Choose suitable research methodologies and data analysis approaches for clients.
- Lead teams in preparing and presenting client-ready deliverables.
- Own a project workstream or lead an entire engagement, depending on project size.
- Manage project plans, activities, resources, budgets, deadlines, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure client contracts are executed before commissioning; coordinate timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Obtain client release or completion letters and ensure applicable performance bonds are released.
- Prepare financial and technical proposals for market research studies.
- Develop conclusions and actionable recommendations from client interviews, data gathering, and analysis.
- Participate in client meetings and manage client relationships during projects.
- Structure project frameworks and define methods to address business challenges.
- Lead solution design and ensure coherent, concise, high-quality, on-time project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and master's degree.
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience working as a Research Manager.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Authorities and interfaces
Participate in decisions for the Market Research Department.
Interface with project teams, external clients, and suppliers.
