The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition function within the organization.
This includes designing and implementing recruitment strategies, overseeing the recruitment team, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring the company attracts and hires high-quality talent across various functions.
The Senior Manager will also play a strategic role in workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and improving the candidate experience
Key Responsibilities
- 15 + years in talent acquisition / End to End Recruitment Experience Mandatory
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
- Strong background in Senior Leadership hiring and Non-IT recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in hiring.
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making.
- Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
