Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 15+ years of recruitment experience to lead end-to-end hiring strategies, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent acquisition operations.
The role involves partnering with senior leadership, managing recruitment teams, and driving hiring excellence across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead and mentor recruitment teams.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning.
- Drive employer branding and talent sourcing initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with hiring policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 15+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and sourcing expertise.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
