Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Officer to oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and security.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT services, supporting business applications, and driving technology initiatives across the company.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Administration and Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
- Experience managing networks, VPNs, servers, storage solutions, and endpoint security.
- Exposure to Odoo ERP or similar business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft, Azure, Networking, or Security certifications are a plus.
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
