Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Business Development to join a leading property developer in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through client onboarding and strategic partnership development.
- Build and manage relationships with brokerage firms and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred.
- Wealth management background is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in brokerage acquisition and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Arabic speakers are preferred.
- Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
