Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Summary
leads the organization’s recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent across all business units. The role drives end‑to‑end hiring operations, workforce planning alignment, employer branding, and candidate experience while managing a high‑performing TA team. A key part of the role is leveraging AI‑powered sourcing tools, digital recruitment platforms, and automated workflows to enhance efficiency, improve hiring quality, and support the organization’s transformation agenda. The position partners closely with senior leadership to meet growth objectives, strengthen Saudization, and build sustainable talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across all functions and Levels
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and future roles
- Manage and mentor the TA team to deliver high performance
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to ensure alignment on role requirements
- Enhance employer branding through campaigns, events, and digital presence
- Ensure compliance with Saudization and local labor regulations
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership
- Manage ATS and sourcing tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including managerial experience
- Proven track record in high‑volume and specialized recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and Saudization requirements
- Experience managing a recruitment team
- Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
- HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHRi) are a plus

- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, digitally transforming organization
- Total Package would be in the range of SAR 23,000 - SAR 28,000
