Talent Acquisition Specialist
About This Role
Purpose of the Job:
Lead and develop the recruitment processes to attract, onboarding, and retain talents Externally & Internally, in addition to outsourcing staff Management, Saudization compliances plans to meet with the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Vacancies filled:
Handling the opening vacancy and manage to close all the shortage with phase timeline, using the Internal posting in the company website and the external as well, to cover the opening vacancy, keep the database ready always, Assists Divisions and departments ‘interviewers’ to follow and updates the record file.
Retention:
Support exit employee or no wish employee and the business unit to have retention plan for the employee if the business is still interested.
Recruitment Module:
Handling hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems, completing interview questions, and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates through the system.
No wish to prepare for Replacement /Exit interview:
Creating database with applicant resume for saving the time of replacing the no wish candidates.
Onboarding part:
Ensures that all necessary government., requirements are met; medical, visa, (etc.), Ensure that Div./Dept is informed of the date of arrival, ensures all joining instructions are clear for the new hire, if applicable; air ticket, airport pick-up, hotel, hotel pick up, accommodation, port pass, safety induction, office etc., by coordinating with WPS/HSE/ICT/HR-ER, Ensure KPI and JD is signed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is typically required.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other tools for managing the recruitment process.
- Experience in conducting interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, and evaluating fit for specific roles and organizational culture
Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical skills to track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes.
