Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support our recruitment operations.
The role involves managing end-to-end hiring activities, collaborating with clients and candidates, and enhancing our talent pipeline across various tech-related roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for technical and non-technical positions
- Source and engage candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in ATS and CRM systems
- Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology sector
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities efficiently
- Knowledge of GCC labor market and hiring trends is an advantage
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
