The role concerns end-to-end integration of civil infrastructure, railway systems, operations, and maintenance through design, testing, and handover.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the relevant strategy, management plan, governance, and delivery controls.
- Lead coordination across clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, operators, and other stakeholders.
- Integrate deliverables with programme, cost, risk, change, information, and assurance processes.
- Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement or recommend corrective action.
- Provide accurate reporting and decision support, and escalate promptly to programme leadership.
- Maintain records, audit trails, and project-stage and contractually appropriate evidence.
- Promote collaborative working, capability transfer, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions in support of the net-zero transition.
- Coordinate integration of civil infrastructure, railway systems, operations, and maintenance through design, testing, and handover.
Experience and qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in the applicable discipline.
- Demonstrated experience on rail, metro, high-speed rail, or comparable major infrastructure programmes.
- Strong client-facing, analytical, written communication, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
- Knowledge of relevant delivery processes, standards, systems, and governance.
- Professional membership, chartership, or specialist certification is preferred where applicable.
- UAE or wider GCC experience is advantageous.
