Responsibilities described

• Administer GitHub Enterprise, TFS/Azure DevOps Server, repositories, permissions, runners, build agents, secrets, and platform documentation.
• Build and improve CI/CD workflows; automate builds, tests, releases, deployments, rollbacks, environment setup, approvals, and auditability.
• Operate Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift deployment workflows; manage container images and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Manage GPU infrastructure, model-serving workloads, AI API gateways, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools.
• Monitor AI workload performance; automate provisioning and model releases; coordinate GPU governance, security, cost, and capacity.
• Implement secure pipeline controls and scanning; cross-train on infrastructure coverage and document procedures.

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, release engineering, infrastructure automation, platform engineering, or systems automation.
• Strong CI/CD experience and experience administering GitHub Enterprise, TFS, Azure DevOps Server, or similar platforms.
• Strong Docker and container deployment experience; practical Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, or similar experience.
• Strong PowerShell plus Bash or Python scripting; experience managing agents, runners, secrets, service connections, and pipeline permissions.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.

Preferred qualifications

• Terraform, Ansible, Packer, virtualization platforms, DevSecOps, Kubernetes operators, GitOps, ArgoCD, or Flux.
• GPU infrastructure, AI model serving, AI API gateways, vector databases, and AI pipeline orchestration experience.
• Experience in regulated, policy-driven environments with auditable pipelines, formal change approval, and documented release governance.
