About the Role

Creative Concepts and Studio Leadership

• Deliver 3–4 original, pitch-ready concepts monthly through publication, and create archive-based formats and recurring series.
• Write Arabic-first hooks, scripts, captions, and on-screen text in the public figure's voice; pitch concepts and manage approvals, protocol, and confidentiality.
• Run the official content calendar alongside protected days for breakthrough work; review edits for story, pace, hook, music, and Arabic typography.
• Own AI tools, prompt library, style models, and likeness and voice rules; set asset-library, sourcing, and usage-rights standards.

Digital Product and Team

• Direct the Product Designer on apps, web, and admin dashboards; approve the bilingual Arabic/English design system and review UX.
• Lead three team members and a freelance roster; report monthly to the CMO on output and performance.

Experience and Portfolio

• Requires 8+ years in video-first creative work and 3+ years leading creative teams.
• Candidates should have started as an editor, director, motion designer, or video producer and be able to make hands-on edits in Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Requires a reel of originated social formats with results and experience directing or closely working on digital products; comfort in Figma is required.
• Requires experience with official, VIP, or national content and approval processes, plus hands-on use of AI video, image, and writing tools.

Arabic and English

• Requires a native Arabic speaker with excellent written Modern Standard Arabic and natural Emirati/Gulf tone.
• Requires strong Arabic typography judgment for video and UI, including script styles, font choice, Arabic–Latin pairing, RTL layout, and spotting language errors.
• Strong English is required.

Preferred Experience

• Emirati nationality is listed as nice to have.
• Documentary or archive-based storytelling experience and experience with GCC government or media entities are nice to have.

Compensation

• Competitive monthly salary; amount is shared at the screening call.
