About the Role

Windows Server Administration

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server environments across physical, virtual and cloud platforms.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, file services, IIS and failover clustering.
• Monitor server performance and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.

Active Directory and Identity Services

• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, domain controllers and trusts.
• Manage user, group and service account lifecycles under access control policies.
• Support integration with Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO and MFA solutions.

Patch, Security and Compliance

• Plan and execute monthly patching with WSUS, SCCM/MECM or equivalent tools; track compliance and remediate scan findings.
• Maintain standard server builds and configuration baselines; apply CIS and organizational hardening standards.
• Coordinate with Security on endpoint protection, PAM and audit logging.
• Maintain documentation and support PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and audits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least five years of Windows server administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Azure Administrator or MCSE certifications are preferred.

Required Skills

• Expert Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and PKI integration.
• WSUS/SCCM patch management and PowerShell scripting and automation.
• VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
