Experienced System and Network Engineer role focused on managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, servers, networks, security devices, virtualization, and Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities
- Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switching, routing, firewalls, wireless networks, VPN, VLAN, NAT, and security policies.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, hybrid IT environments, and VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
- Manage backups, restoration, disaster recovery, monitoring, patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Resolve L2/L3 infrastructure issues and support implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Provide customer technical support onsite and remotely when required; maintain infrastructure documentation and coordinate with vendors and teams.
- Ensure infrastructure availability, security, and compliance with agreed SLA requirements.
Technical skills
- Required technologies include Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Required networking skills include Cisco, HPE, or Aruba technologies; routing, switching, VLAN, TCP/IP, NAT, ACL, firewalls, and VPN.
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V, backup and disaster recovery, Azure/cloud infrastructure, network monitoring, IT security, patch management, and system hardening is listed.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant System and Network Engineering experience and strong hands-on system and network administration experience.
- Troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills are required.
- CCNA, Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Fortinet, or equivalent certifications are advantageous; UAE experience and a UAE driving licence are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
