Sales Coordinator role supporting sales operations in the IT and technology solutions industry.
Location: Karama, Dubai. Work mode: on-site. Experience stated: 3–5 years.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and support the sales team.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare sales quotations, documentation, reports, and MIS using Microsoft Office.
- Track customer requirements, orders, and pending activities through to closure.
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Support a seamless customer experience through proactive coordination and follow-up.
Requirements
- IT industry background is mandatory, with a good understanding of IT products, services, or technology solutions.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or a similar role; experience within the IT industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Strong organization and ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proactive, energetic, customer-focused approach; strong follow-through and closure mindset.
- Collaborative team player with a problem-solving attitude.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
