Emtech seeks a Business Development Manager for digital learning and corporate training solutions.
The role drives growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, promoting solutions, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop B2B business and engage HR, L&D, talent development, and business leaders.
- Assess client learning needs and propose customized solutions; generate leads, manage the pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
- Present solutions, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and maintain corporate client relationships.
- Identify eLearning, LMS, content, and training opportunities; manage accounts, repeat business, and upselling.
- Support marketing, events, and networking, and coordinate with the Digital Learning team on project delivery.
Candidate requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in business development, sales, corporate training, L&D, or digital learning.
- Strong B2B consultative selling experience and experience with HR/L&D decision-makers and corporate clients.
- UAE/GCC corporate sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, relationship-building, commercial acumen, and target orientation.
- Proven lead generation and closing ability.
- Understanding of LMS, eLearning, digital learning, or learning technology is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
