Drive growth and market presence for digital learning solutions serving corporate enterprises, universities, and educational institutions across the Middle East and USA.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business development and revenue growth for digital learning and custom eLearning solutions.
- Identify opportunities and build relationships with corporate, enterprise, and educational clients.
- Engage decision-makers, including L&D heads, HR leaders, and institutional stakeholders.
- Develop proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and achieve business development targets.
- Manage eLearning projects, client relationships, and ongoing account growth.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation, brand positioning, and digital learning campaigns.
Candidate requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within EdTech, eLearning, instructional design, or corporate training.
- Proven track record of closing deals in the Middle East and/or USA markets.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, SCORM, AI-driven learning solutions, and instructional design trends.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive business growth independently.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Technology, or a related field.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
