Sales internship supporting daily sales activities, lead generation, customer research, sales coordination, and administration.
Designed for students or fresh graduates seeking practical sales, business development, CRM, and IT-business experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily sales and administrative activities.
- Research markets and customers to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Generate leads and maintain current prospect and customer databases.
- Contact potential customers by phone, email, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads and support customer relationship management.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, quotations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Update customer records, sales trackers, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, customer follow-ups, and project action items.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a listed business, sales, commerce, IT, computer science, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Interest in sales, technology, IT solutions, and business development is advantageous.
- Previous sales, customer service, IT, or internship experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
