Develop benefits technology solutions for global clients as a System Analyst.
Convert client requirements into technical templates and guidance for the TBS system.
Work on new client implementations, service extensions, and improvements to existing services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client requirements and advise on deploying or migrating system updates to production.
- Clarify requirements with internal teams and communicate client expectations.
- Provide benefits-domain expertise on benefit structures, guiding principles, and system integrations.
- Mentor colleagues on tools for configuration, testing, debugging, monitoring, and reporting.
- Define business requirements for system features with development teams.
- Communicate progress and escalate risks that could delay delivery.
- Guide client contacts on website text requirements and support analysts in following standard processes.
- Coordinate configuration, validate testing approaches for non-standard solutions, and collaborate with Data Analysts.
- Demonstrate iterative system delivery to confirm client expectations early.
Skills and experience
- Experience in TBS configuration build.
- Experience preparing technical user documentation and implementing new projects.
- Experience supporting and proposing technical solutions for the Health and Benefits team.
- Understanding of Health and Benefits department processes.
- Experience with TBS Lite templates, TRS, and multi-country platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and client communication skills, including managing conversations and negotiations.
