Build the trusted, reusable data foundation that powers analytics across Aon's Global Broking Centre.
Transform fragmented operational, placement, financial, claims, and market data into governed, scalable data products for reporting, analytics, and future AI capabilities.
Help shape broking analytics and the analytics layer supporting commercial insight, operational efficiency, and business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines and integration solutions across multiple source systems.
- Create curated, business-ready datasets and data models for Power BI, analytics, and AI use cases.
- Implement data quality controls, governance, lineage, and monitoring processes.
- Support major business transformation programs across the London Market.
- Work with analysts, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver trusted, decision-ready insight.
Skills and experience
- Strong data engineering experience, including SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT development.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, governance, and analytics architecture principles.
- Experience implementing automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and production data operations.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- London Market or insurance experience is essential.

- This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work virtually and from Aon's London office.
