The role requires technical accuracy, independent operation of surveying instruments, and experience in UAE construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Set out pile positions using approved coordinates and project drawings.
- Verify pile coordinates, locations, and levels before drilling.
- Perform levelling, elevation checks, and coordinate verification.
- Conduct as-built surveys and prepare survey data and reports.
- Establish, check, and maintain survey control points at the site.
- Maintain survey records, coordinate files, and measurement logs.
- Carry out site surveys using drawings and coordinate data.
- Coordinate with site engineers, the main contractor, consultant, and construction teams for inspections and approvals.
- Operate Total Station and GPS/RTK equipment independently and accurately.
- Support surveying tasks related to piling, shoring, and foundation works.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Total Station and GPS/RTK equipment, including independently setting out pile positions.
- Ability to read pile layout drawings, coordinates, and levels, and process survey data.
- Experience in piling or shoring projects; UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to measurement accuracy.
- Able to adapt to site work schedules and project requirements; immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
