Job Details
- The job is full-time in the UAE.
- Work is performed in person at the camp and construction site.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate workers' camp and accommodation requirements.
- Coordinate daily site activities, manpower, transportation, and workforce deployment.
- Monitor basic health and safety requirements at the camp and construction site.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, workers, and management.
- Maintain records of manpower, attendance, accommodation, and site requirements.
- Ensure workers follow company policies, site rules, and safety procedures.
- Report site, accommodation, manpower, and safety issues to management.
- Assist with general site coordination and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Experience in camp management, site coordination, or safety coordination.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with workers.
- Responsible and organized approach with the ability to work under pressure.
- Previous UAE construction experience and two or more years of construction experience are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
