The company is seeking an HR Payroll Executive with a strong background in the construction industry.
The role manages end-to-end payroll operations for a large construction workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete monthly payroll for labour and staff across multiple project sites.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, and site transfers with timekeepers.
- Prepare and process WPS/SIF files in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Maintain and update employee master data, salary structures, and deductions.
- Prepare final settlements, EOSB, leave encashment, and gratuity calculations.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Site Supervisors on payroll-related matters.
- Generate payroll reports, cost summaries, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies.
- Support internal and external audits with required payroll documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE payroll experience in the construction or contracting sector is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of WPS, UAE Labour Law, and construction manpower categories.
- Experience managing high-volume labour payroll.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll systems, and ERP platforms.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500–AED 5,000 per month.
