Supports high-rise construction projects in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and monitor compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements and UAE HSE regulations.
- Monitor work at height, scaffolding, crane operations, façade works, and other high-risk activities.
- Prepare, review, and update HIRAC documents, risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and emergency drills.
- Identify hazards and unsafe conditions, then follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Maintain safety documentation, permit-to-work records, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on HSE matters.
- Assist with incident investigations and recommend recurrence-prevention measures.
Requirements
- Dubai Municipality Safety Officer certification is mandatory.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
- 5–7 years of health and safety experience in UAE construction.
- Demonstrated experience on high-rise tower projects.
- Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Pay
- AED 6,000–10,000 per month.
