A Dubai construction project is seeking a qualified and experienced Lifting Supervisor for piling, foundation, and heavy-lifting operations.

Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily lifting operations and comply with approved lifting plans.
- Inspect lifting accessories, crane configurations, and equipment before use.
- Coordinate lifting activities with site engineers and operational teams.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Follow UAE HSE regulations and project safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for lifting activities.
- Support safe piling, foundation, and heavy-lifting work.
Minimum requirements
- At least five years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor.
- Proven UAE construction experience.
- Piling, foundation, and heavy-lifting experience is preferred.
- A valid Lifting Supervisor Third-Party Certificate is required.
- The certificate must be issued by British Industrial Inspection Services or a LEEA-approved training centre.
- Strong knowledge of lifting plans, crane operations, lifting accessories, and HSE procedures.
- Effective English communication skills.
- Documents and certificates will be verified before deployment.
