The employer seeks an experienced Survey Engineer to coordinate topographical, engineering, and utility surveys supporting road and infrastructure design.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate topographical and engineering survey activities.
- Review survey methodologies and deliverables.
- Coordinate survey requirements with highway, drainage, utility, and geotechnical teams.
- Review topographical survey information.
- Coordinate survey control points and benchmarks.
- Review coordinate systems and reference information.
- Check survey data for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate utility surveys and existing-service information.
- Provide survey information to CAD and BIM teams.
- Review survey revisions and additional survey requirements.
- Review contractor and subconsultant survey submissions.
- Maintain survey records and databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant surveying experience.
- Strong experience in topographical and engineering surveys.
- Infrastructure or road project experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with total station and GNSS/GPS equipment.
- Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
- Qatar/GCC experience is highly desirable.
- Good English communication skills.
