The employer seeks an experienced Quality Manager with a civil engineering and project quality management background.
The role manages quality activities across projects to support compliance with standards, specifications, and quality management systems.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 15 years of overall experience, 10 years of relevant experience in similar projects, and 7 years in project quality functions.
- UPDA Grade A is mandatory.
- Valid IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems, quality assurance, quality control, auditing, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project quality activities and compliance with approved quality plans, specifications, and standards.
- Develop and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans and procedures; lead quality teams and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance assessments against ISO 9001 and project requirements.
- Monitor non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve quality issues; review quality documentation, ITPs, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Maintain project quality records and reports, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical, reporting, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently manage complex assignments and knowledge of quality standards, procedures, documentation, and compliance.
Pay
- Advertised pay is from QAR 1 per month.
