The Supply Chain & Operations Associate coordinates MadGood's end-to-end UAE supply chain and operational processes.
Scope includes international imports, customs and logistics, inventory, production, purchasing, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, B2B orders, and future exports.

Supply chain and production
- Manage imports from India and other markets, shipment documentation, customs clearance, delivery, and logistics partners.
- Monitor freight, landed, and clearance costs and identify opportunities to improve freight economics and lead times.
- Build and coordinate export operations from the UAE to GCC and international markets.
- Plan inventory, maintain accurate records, forecast demand, manage replenishment, and coordinate stock audits.
- Coordinate production schedules, purchase orders, supplier availability, lead times, and dispatch; flag shortages and delays.
Warehousing and fulfilment
- Manage UAE warehouse and 3PL relationships and inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and stock controls.
- Manage e-commerce order processing and delivery, track service levels, and address fulfilment issues and returns.
- Coordinate B2B order allocation, dispatch, delivery records, and fulfilment against customer requirements.
- Onboard vendors, maintain records and service terms, review performance, and resolve operational issues.
Systems and cross-functional work
- Maintain accurate data across ERP, inventory, warehouse, order-management, and e-commerce systems.
- Build operational dashboards and management reporting for inventory, orders, shipments, production, and logistics costs.
- Maintain SOPs and documentation and identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve data accuracy.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Management on forecasts, launches, customer requirements, and operational risks.
Experience and qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant supply-chain, logistics, operations, inventory, or distribution experience in the UAE.
- Strong hands-on UAE import and logistics experience, including shipments from India and/or other global markets.
- Understanding of customs clearance, freight forwarding, warehousing, and last-mile logistics.
- Experience with inventory, purchase orders, production planning, vendor coordination, and supply-chain software.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills and ability to build operational MIS; good understanding of the UAE business and logistics environment.
- B2B and B2C/e-commerce fulfilment experience is strongly preferred.
- FMCG, food, beverage, snacking, confectionery, or nutrition experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent English communication and coordination skills; UAE driving licence is preferred.
Candidate profile and performance
The candidate should be entrepreneurial, organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and able to work independently in a fast-growing business.
The role involves working with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouse operators, and customers; warehouse, factory, partner, and field visits may be required.
Performance measures include inventory accuracy and availability, working-capital efficiency, shipment and delivery timeliness, fulfilment, warehouse efficiency, production adherence, cost optimization, and vendor performance.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time role with stated pay of AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
