Business Consultant

Role overview

Client advisory and company formation

• Consult clients on company setups in Dubai.
• Guide clients through entity selection, documentation, licensing, and post-setup services.
• Prepare and present tailored business proposals, contracts, and service agreements.

Daily activity and sales

• Conduct at least 10 client calls and 2 face-to-face or virtual meetings daily.
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date client interaction records in the CRM system.
• Meet monthly sales targets by converting leads into paying clients.
• Identify client needs and cross-sell PRO services, visa processing, accounting, and VAT registration.

Networking and client engagement

• Build strategic partnerships and secure at least two new referral partners per month.
• Develop a qualified prospect pipeline through events, digital outreach, and networking.
• Host two client milestone celebrations per month to strengthen relationships.
• Support client satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.

Brand, reporting, and training

• Share at least two social media contributions per month, such as testimonials, event participation, or business insights.
• Attend weekly management performance briefings and share client feedback, lead status, and action plans.
• Mentor and train new joiners on Dubai company formation processes and internal systems.
• Stay updated on Oman business laws, taxation policies, licensing requirements, and immigration procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the Dubai market.
• Deep understanding of Dubai commercial registration, free zones, and business licensing requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with government portals, legal documentation, and Chamber of Commerce procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Driving licence preferred.

Employment and compensation

• Job type: full time, permanent.
• Pay: AED 4,000–8,000 per month.
