The role focuses on generating qualified leads, optimizing advertising spend, and connecting campaign results to sales outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-term reviews; write ad copy and coordinate campaign assets.
- Develop targeting for UAE audiences and international investors; manage budgets, bidding, testing, and campaign performance.
- Set up and verify GA4 and Google Tag Manager conversion tracking for website forms, phone calls, and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Work with sales to assess lead quality; recommend landing-page improvements and report spend, qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, and sales outcomes.
- Use AI tools for research, copywriting, analysis, and optimization, with appropriate quality checks.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on Google Ads campaign experience, preferably in the UAE, and a record of generating qualified leads within agreed budgets.
- Strong knowledge of keyword targeting, negative keywords, bidding, and campaign optimization; practical GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion-tracking experience.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and turn findings into clear actions; experience using AI tools in digital marketing.
- Strong English copywriting and communication skills.
- Business setup, real estate, or office rental campaign experience is an advantage. Arabic campaign experience, CRM integration, and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
