Full-time Supply Chain Manager role in Sharjah, UAE.
The client is a UAE-based FMCG distributor representing international brands across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, E-commerce, and HORECA.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end FMCG supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
- Oversee demand forecasting, stock planning, replenishment, and inventory control to maintain product availability and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
- Manage suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead the supply chain team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least four years of relevant supply chain experience; FMCG industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and product expiry management.
- Analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
