Job Description
- Prepare, verify and process customer invoices accurately.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, track outstanding balances and proactively follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare regular collection reports, receivables aging summaries and outstanding payment reports.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts, invoices, receipts and payment records using SAP/ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in Accounts Receivable (AR); candidates from any industry are welcome.
- Strong proficiency in SAP or a comparable ERP accounting system.
- Ability to process at least 200 invoices per month accurately and efficiently.
