About the client
The client is a UAE-based insurance brokerage providing customized insurance and risk management solutions for individuals and businesses.
Job responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate clients, generate leads, and promote insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate customers, decision-makers, and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up to close business.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies, achieve business targets, monitor market trends, and maintain sales reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development; corporate or B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
- UAE market experience is preferred; insurance or financial services experience is an advantage.
