Acts as the primary travelling butler, independently coordinating arrangements and personal service in a highly private environment.
Compensation
- Advertised salary is AED 30,000–50,000, depending on experience and qualifications; no pay cadence is stated.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate international flights, private and commercial travel, luxury hotels, visas, transfers, itineraries, reservations, and last-minute changes.
- Manage the principal’s schedule, appointments, engagements, preferences, and day-to-day personal requirements.
- Manage wardrobe and luggage, including packing, unpacking, garment care, destination-appropriate clothing, and sourcing requested items.
- Anticipate needs and deliver personalized service independently, with discretion and composure.
Qualifications
- Substantial direct experience serving UHNWI/HNW principals, private families, royal households, family offices, luxury residences, or comparable private environments.
- International travel experience with a principal and independent handling of complex arrangements and changes.
- Comfort with frequent travel and irregular schedules; able to serve as the main travelling butler.
- Strong organization, anticipation, judgment, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving.
- Exceptional discretion, confidentiality, grooming, communication, etiquette, and service standards; stable trusted private-service work history.
- Predominantly hotel or hospitality experience without substantial private-household exposure is not preferred.
