The Supervisor oversees daily on-site construction activities and coordinates engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
The role ensures work meets approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project milestones.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and schedules.
- Coordinate with construction, QC, planning, safety, and subcontractor teams.
- Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and site progress.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and project requirements.
- Report progress, identify site issues, and support timely project delivery.
- Manage manpower and resources and help resolve site issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or technical certificate in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of site supervision experience; construction experience is mandatory.
- Industrial-project experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and HSE requirements.
- Good communication, leadership, and team-coordination skills.
