Support budget compliance, effective resource allocation, accurate cost forecasting, timely delivery, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and actual expenditures against approved baselines.
- Prepare cost-control reports and analyze budget variances.
- Review tender estimates, material purchase orders, and subcontractor costs.
- Forecast project cash flow, profitability, and potential cost overruns.
- Coordinate with procurement, planning, and project teams to control costs and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and assess their cost and schedule impacts.
- Recommend corrective actions for budget deviations and improved project performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Primavera, Oracle, and Power BI is advantageous.
- PMP certification is preferred; CCP and Construction Claims & Disputes Resolution certifications are advantageous.
- Core competencies include analytical thinking, financial management, problem-solving, communication, and time management.
