• You must be currently enrolled as a student at Rowan College of South Jersey in order to apply for a student worker position.

• Paid Time Off: Employees will earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked, as defined by the New Jersey Earned Sick Leave Law. Pension Benefits: This position may be eligible for the Defined Contribution Retirement Plan (DCRP) under the New Jersey State Pension System. The DCRP is a defined contribution plan available for eligible part time employees. Six investment carriers are authorized to provide investment options and service in the DCRP. Employees contribute 5% of their base salary with a 3% employer match. Eligibility in this plan requires a minimum salary of $5,000. Employee Assistance Program: RCSJ offers its employees an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This is a free and completely confidential service available to help employees manage issues in their work and personal lives. EAP counselors provide assessment, support, and if needed referrals to additional services.
